How do I request a visit?

Select the winery you want to visit, through a series of questions, we will show a series of activities to suit your way to visit us.
You must select the required fields in order to reserve it correctly.

Can I change the date of a visit once the booking is done?

Yes, you must access to the "Your booking" section and inside the option modifying you must enter your booking reference and the date for which you have the reservation.

Can I request an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, you must access the "Your booking" section and inside the option request invoice and enter the booking reference.
Once requested, you can download it from the invoice section once finished the visit.

How I can cancel a booking?

From the "Your booking" menu by pressing the cancel option, enter your booking reference code and the date for which you have the reservation.
Once canceled the reservation, you can reuse the booking reference code for a new visit with the same features and different dates.
